Manufacturing drawing services

Drawings are required when a workshop needs to construct or produce complex components or assemblies. These drawings are usually highly detailed. Some of our clients have their own workshops but find it too expensive to keep full-time design engineers in-house, so they contact us as the need arises for advanced services. We produce complete assembly drawings that include BOM to accompany the entire manufacturing pack.

Sometimes it is needed to reproduce a component. This is where a mechanical engineering consultant can assist in reverse engineering a component and produce drawings to allow the assembly to be remade.

As a part of our service, we create a complete manufacturing pack that includes final designs and all needed files for the machine operator to understand and import to the machine directly. Customers are billed per hour based on the type of work required.
